Managed IT support

Technology that works.
And keeps working.

A helpdesk your people can reach, maintenance handled on a schedule, and one accountable partner for the technology your business runs on.

One accountable partner for the day to day

  • A helpdesk your people can reach
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Service levels agreed in writing

Support that keeps the business moving.

What an ongoing support arrangement covers. The exact scope is agreed with you, in writing, before it starts.

A helpdesk your people can reach

One place to raise a problem, ask a question or request a change, with every issue logged and followed through to the end.

Maintained, not just mended

Updates, patching and routine checks handled on a schedule, rather than only when something breaks.

People, accounts and devices

Joiners, leavers, access and devices managed properly, so the basics never depend on whoever is least busy.

One accountable partner

Agreed service levels, regular reporting, and one relationship to escalate to when something matters.

Set up properly. Then kept that way.

Support works best when it starts from an accurate picture of what you run.

  1. 01

    Understand

Learn what you run, who uses it, and what a bad day currently looks like.

  2. 02

    Agree

Put the scope, service levels and how to raise an issue in writing.

  3. 03

    Onboard

Take on access and documentation, and record a baseline of your systems.

  4. 04

    Support

Day-to-day help and scheduled maintenance, reviewed with you regularly.

Your team gets on with the work. We look after the technology.

Is managed support right for you?

It usually suits businesses where technology matters every day, but looking after it is nobody’s full-time job.

  • You have no in-house IT team, or one person stretched across everything
  • Problems get fixed when they break, but nobody keeps things maintained
  • Joiners, leavers and access are handled differently every time
  • You want one partner accountable for the day to day
Talk to us about support

Clear terms, one point of accountability.

Scope and service levels are agreed in writing before support begins. Retainer rates are not published; every proposal is written around what you run.

How support is set up

We start by understanding what you run, who uses it and what “working” means for your business. The scope and service levels are agreed in writing before anything starts, so you know what is covered, how to raise an issue and how quickly it will be picked up.

Who you deal with

One accountable relationship. You deal with Consultensor for the contract, the service and any escalation. Where we work with specialist partners to deliver parts of the service, we remain responsible for it, and they work under our contract and our data protection terms.

How it is priced

Support runs on a monthly retainer, sized to the people and systems it covers. We are not publishing rates yet. Tell us what you run and we will come back with a proposal written around it.

Tell us what you need supported.

Describe the people, devices and systems you want looked after, and how you handle support today. We will come back with a proposal written around what you actually run.
