A clear brief, a considered delivery.

Every project is scoped and priced around the actual problem, before any building starts.

  1. 01

    Understand

Start with the problem, the people affected and the systems the work needs to fit into.

  2. 02

    Scope

Define what needs doing, its dependencies and the risks that affect the work.

  3. 03

    Build

Apply the right mix of software, AI and engineering to the agreed problem.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Documented, tested and handed over, with what your team needs to run it.

Scope before price, clarity before commitment.

Every project is scoped and quoted individually. There are no published day rates.

Starting from the problem

Every project starts with understanding the problem properly: the system it has to live inside, who uses it, and what else depends on it. We would rather spend the time on that up front than discover it halfway through a build.

If you already have a written brief, a specification or a report, we will work from it. If you do not, working one out with you is the first part of the job.

How we scope and price

We do not publish day rates. What a piece of work costs depends on what it is, how much of it there is, and how much of the risk sits with us rather than with you, and quoting a number before we know those things would be a guess dressed up as a price.

What we will do is tell you early whether the thing you are asking for is worth doing. If the honest answer is that an off-the-shelf product does it for a fraction of what we would charge to build it, that is what we will say.

Tell us what you are trying to build.

We do not publish day rates, because what a piece of work costs depends on what it is. Describe the project and we will come back with a scope and a price, or with the reason we think you should not do it.
