What the program provides
Technical and business expertise applied to getting a product from MVP to market: the engineering to build it, and the commercial judgement about what to build and in what order. In practice that means the same people who run our delivery and R&D work, applied to your product instead of a client’s.
We take an equity stake instead of a fee. That aligns us with the outcome rather than with the hours, and it means we are selective: we can only do this properly for a small number of companies at a time.
How the stake works
Stakes are held by Consultensor Ltd and governed by a standard term sheet, which you will see in full before anything is agreed. The terms are the same starting point for every company we take on.
The specific percentage and the stage criteria are not yet published, because they are not yet fixed. We would rather say that plainly than put a number on this page that we would have to revise. Apply and we will talk about the actual terms with you directly.
