What gets reviewed
The same four areas every time: security, infrastructure, compliance and business systems, drawn from documents, access and conversations with the people who use them daily.

Founded in 2026, Consultensor brings technology audits, engineering and AI research together. We help businesses understand where they stand and make informed decisions about what comes next.
Two founders lead the business day to day, each answerable for their part of it, with specialist advice on AI and research.

Chief Executive Officer
Ehsan leads the company and sits directly on client engagements, most often at the strategic end of the audit ladder, where the real question isn’t what’s broken but what the business should be building towards next.

Chief Operating Officer
Behzad runs delivery and operations: the scoping, staffing and actual finishing of the work. Once a piece of work is agreed, it’s on him that what gets delivered matches exactly what was scoped.

AI Director
Dr. Ali advises on AI tooling and technical approach, including whether AI is the right answer at all. He also leads our engagement with academia, connecting client work to current research and university expertise. Clients can expect an independent, evidence-based view of any AI proposal before it is committed to. Where a simpler, non-AI solution would serve the business better, he will say so.
Before founding Consultensor, our CEO spent more than fourteen years delivering software and engineering work across fintech, insurance, media and the public sector, for organisations including these.

Experience gained through previous roles and contracts, before Consultensor was founded. These organisations are not Consultensor clients, and their logos do not imply endorsement.
The same method at every tier. What changes between tiers is depth, not approach.

A written report in plain English, aimed at the person making the spending decision. Each finding shows what we found, what it exposes, and what fixing it involves.
Ranked by severity and by effort to resolve, so you know what to do first and what can wait.
Tell you an audit certifies or insures you: it assesses readiness. Or recommend building what you can buy.

Every finding gets a severity and an effort estimate. The ranking is the part that tells you what to do first.
Exposed now, or likely to cost you within the year. Fix first.
Real, but survivable for now. Plan it in.
Worth knowing. Fix it when you are next in there anyway.
The depth changes between tiers. The order, and the reasoning you get back, never does.

The same four steps, whichever tier you start at.
A short call to agree what fits and who we need to speak to. No charge, no obligation.
We work through security, infrastructure, compliance and business systems: documents, access and conversations.
Every finding is rated by severity and effort to fix, so you know what comes first.
Findings in writing, in plain English, reasoning shown, walked through in person at the top two tiers.
Close to home first, Harrow, Pinner, Ruislip, Northwood, Stanmore and Wembley, because the first tier means sitting with people and watching how they actually use their systems. Deeper tiers, R&D and CGSP are not geographically limited: if you are outside the area and the work suits it, ask.
